Mr. Matthew Knapp
I was raised in the suburbs of northern Detroit. From there, I graduated Western Michigan University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with minors in Spanish and General Business. During the Summer of 2009, I moved to Chicago to attend Roosevelt University where I graduate with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management in 2010. It was during my time at Roosevelt University that I knew Higher Education was the field I wanted to work in. As a Pharmacy Academic Advisor, I help students with their academic responsibilities, such as attaining GPA requirements, ensuring prerequisites have been met, and assisting with course registration, to name a few examples. I also act as a liaison for students. If they have questions regarding their financial status, experiential education, transfer credit submission, or any other task for which the OSPA doesn’t specialize, then I will direct them to the appropriate department for resolution.
